Help developers organizing their Visual Studio 2010 solutions

In development
  1. Change SCC strings to SAK for all projects (SccProjectName)
  2. Remove all CodeAnalysis settings in .??proj but CodeAnalysisRuleSet and switch
  3. Set all CodeAnalysisRuleSet setting bulky
  4. Set all CodeAnalysis switch setting bulky

Future goals
  1. Syncs solution folders with filesystem structure.
  2. Check namespaces, assembly and path consistency
  3. Check if CodeAnalysisRuleSet are not homogeneous
  4. Check if configuration and platform are not homogeneous
  5. Clean up project targets that are not used by the solution targets
  6. Set output folder of projects bulky
  7. Check all projects are signed
